Timber is the only show to be held continuously since 1986, and the only one in this field.
It is the main platform for manufacturers and importers of equipment, machinery, materials and fittings for Israel's timber industry.
It takes place in a two-year cycle, usually at the end of the year in which two major industry exhibitions take place in Cologne and Hanover.
It aims to bring the innovations featured at the exhibitions in Germany to Israel.
Since its foundation the exhibition has been organised by ITEX International Exhibition Services Ltd (formerly SBL Exhibitions Ltd).
